OUR GOAL:
With over ten years of experience, Manuel the Band has been trusted to handle the entertainment for all sorts events ranging from city celebrations, weddings, corporate parties and more. Our goal is to put on unforgettable entertainment with ease so our clients can relax and enjoy themselves and their events. Whether it be a cocktail hour duo, a holiday party or a corporate event that needs an energized sound, Manuel the Band has the combo for you. Check below for rates!
Full Band:
The six piece experience comes with a rock band, horn section with a touch of country twang. We provide a professional sound system complete with our own sound engineer and technician.
3 Hours with two 15 minute breaks: $7000 +$1000 for every extra hour
Gas Mileage to be discussed upon booking.
Quartet Experience:
The quartet contains the traditional rock combo with pedal steel, providing an energized sound that packs a musical punch.

Acoustic Trio:
The acoustic trio is a perfect combination for cocktail hours and intimate settings. The trio consists of two singers (Manuel and Chelsea) as well as pedal steel.
3 Hours with two 15 minute breaks: $3000+$1000 for every extra hour
Acoustic Duo:
Similar to the acoustic trio, the duo consists of Manuel’s vocals, guitar and George Madrid in the pedal steel guitar. This set up is perfect for intimate gatherings, cocktail hours as well as special ceremonies such as walking down the aisle.

Meet the band:
Frank Hudson: Frank’s been playing bass professional for over ten years. He’s known around the Long Beach community as the “go-to” for his bass playing skill. His influences include soul and R&B.
Manuel Grajeda: Manuel has been a member of the Long Beach music scene since 2009. After moving from New England, the singer, song-writer has played in many bands of all different styles and honed his skills as a performer. His biggest influences are John Mayer, Young the Giant and Dispatch.
Brandon Charlesworth: Brandon entered the Long Beach music scene in 2008 after moving from his home state of Colorado. He’s been with MTB since the start. He’s known for his energetic style which extends from his versatile ear for music. His influences include the Foo Fighters, The Mars Volta, Bilmuri and Sleep Token.
Matt Kalin: a local, Long Beach legend, Matt is a veteran in the national music scene. The sax player has graced the stages of The Violent Femmmes, Cotton Mouth Kings and many more. In his free time he hikes, bikes and surfs.
George Madrid: A pillar in the Long Beach music scene, George is star in the world of pedal steel. Having played on opening stages for acts such as Willie Nelson, Madrid knows how to bring that country twang. He has a M.A.Music Industry Admin, George opened his own record label, Monte Bre Records, in 2019. His influences stem from Graham Parson, Elliot Smith and classic country.
Richard Fernandez: Richard stems from marching band roots and it truly shows in his performance and orchestration. He assists in coaching the Torrance and Jordan High School marching bands and has been doing so since 2018. He is a master composer and has toured national for marching bands.
